Hi Alice,

So I am back at my desk and reflecting on the last 2 weeks and I can't quite believe its all happened!

I wanted to write you a personal note to say thank you for helping us put on the most beautiful perfect wedding of our dreams. It really was a fairytale wedding for us, everything we had hoped and imagined.

So thank you again for all of your support and advice and enthusiasm and most of all your productivity! Everything went very smoothly and we loved every minute. Working with you has been an absolute pleausure. We are all so fond of you, and don't want the end of the wedding to be the end of our friendship :o).

Can you pass on my very special thanks to the lady who did the flowers and also Marina. I loved the flowers so much, they were almost my favourite physical part of the day. As you know i love the colour pink and the colours and flowers she chose were simply stunning. I was so sad to say goodbye to my bouquet. Elsie, Fu's mother took it home to dry out but she says it is looking very sad :o). Also thank Marina for doing such a great job on my hair. Everyone commented no how pretty it was. I know i wasn't the easiet client for her (!) but i was really happy with the overall look. I loved the eye make up in particular.

So even though our very regular correspondence is no longer needed, i will definitely keep in touch and same to you.

I hope the Hindu wedding was successful for you and Cinzia. I also hope you have recovered from the Fishers and Fullagars invading the Ligurian coast!

I still can’t quite believe it’s all over. I am still dreaming about it! We have had many, many letters and cards from guests thanking us for inviting them to such a fantastic wedding. Everyone has complimented the setting, the food, the organisation and many have told me that it was the best wedding they had every attended! Fantastico eh?

Of course none of that would have happened without you. I just want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH – MILLE GRAZIE for everything.
