Hey Alice

I hope you're keeping well. It can't be too long before you become a
mother to a new baby!

We're back from our honeymoon one month - missing it, but enjoying
married life together! I just wanted to drop you a short mail to say
thank you so much for helping organise what was truly an incredible
day for myself and Lynda.

Alice, you did a wonderful job from day 1 at keeping
communication going over email. We felt the whole wedding was excellently
planned in advance with no rush/panic towards the end. Everything was
discussed and considered well in advance and your responses to our emails
(and all our guests emails) was always in a timely fashion. You were very
welcoming and friendly when we met you for the first time and you come
across very confident and relaxed in your role. We trusted you immediately
and have always liked your cool and calm demeanour. Luckily we have always
been on the same wavelength and appreciate how you suggest without pushing
your own opinion.

The quality of all the services proposed were always of
the highest quality. Of course different styles come down to a matter of
opinion but we were always assured that whatever option we choose - the
quality was guaranteed to be very high. Alice and Cinzia, you personally have a
very high standard of quality and this is reflected in the services
recommended to clients.

We rarely had any miscommunication and I really found that
my requests were interpreted in the manner they were intended. I really
liked how you always made the extra effort to improve on my requests.
You have a great sense of style and add lot of value to make my requests
even better than I could have imagined.

Just keep on doing what you have done for us. We could never have achieved
such a wonderful day without you. I cannot believe how much of the stress
you saved us from. We really did care about quality rather than quantity
for our wedding and you really looked after each and every detail with such
care.
